Always visible.

Piazza Perin del Vaga is a precious and little known corner of Rome, a little square from the 1920s, dominated by the large council houses, built in 1926, and decorated with two fountains. Both rise discreetly from a round base, which can be walked around, detaching them from their surrounds and highlighting them. In each of them, three small basins are flanked by small twin cylindrical pillars on which a dolphin lifts its tail, pointing upwards to that of a second dolphin.
